How to apply, step by step
- Open the Telangana ePASS portal (telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in) and start a fresh registration.
- Get your caste certificate and income certificate from a MeeSeva centre first. For 2026-27 the income certificate must be dated on or after 1 April 2026, and the name on your Aadhaar must exactly match your SSC certificate.
- Fill in the form, upload the documents on this card and submit it.
- Your college and the department verify the application. The tuition fee goes to the college and the maintenance allowance to your Aadhaar-seeded bank account. Track the status on the portal.
