Telangana ePASS Post-Matric Scholarship — BC / Minority
For BC and Minority students who are permanent residents of Telangana in a recognised Telangana institution. Family income up to ₹2 lakh in urban areas and ₹1.5 lakh in rural areas (the rural limit is not checked here). Full fee reimbursement applies only in the cases covered by the government orders (for example government junior college or specified EAMCET/ECET ranks). The document list below may be shorter than the portal's.

How to apply, step by step
- Open the Telangana ePASS portal (telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in) and start a fresh registration.
- Get your caste certificate and income certificate from a MeeSeva centre first. For 2026-27 the income certificate must be dated on or after 1 April 2026, and the name on your Aadhaar must exactly match your SSC certificate.
- Fill in the form, upload the documents on this card and submit it.
- Your college and the department verify the application. The tuition fee goes to the college and the maintenance allowance to your Aadhaar-seeded bank account. Track the status on the portal.
